Two recent incidents served as "wake-up" calls to me. I was bracing myself to soon be the recipient of two instances es of negative customer service behavior. In both cases I was wrong ... very wrong. Known for an upbeat and proactive person, I was disappointed in myself for entertaining these two opportunities in such a poor fashion.
